Very dissatisfied with your delivery service. We were told that a delivery could only be made between 11: am and 1:00 pm on April 29th.
We asked if they could be here at 1:00 pm or after, they said NO. I took 1/2 day vacation to wait for a delivery that never came. Not Happy. Rescheduled for May 7th. They said they could be here at 1:00 pm. They showed up at 12:37 pm and were gone by 12:41 pm.
We left a cell phone number with them that they never used. We now have it scheduled for May 14th and we told them again it needs to be 1:00 pm or later. You don't make it very easy for your customers to accept deliverys.
