  • Whirlpool Washers and Driers

    JB Hunt delivered 2 sets of Whirlpool washers and driers to 2 of my homes. In birth cases they damaged walls and woodwork. In the second case they did not install the washer drain hose ties so it leaked through to the first floor with the first heavy duty cycle. I had to crawl behind the dryer to install the vent that I ordered. They loosely attached the prior vent. They did not test the machine.   • Buy NO products that depend on JB Hunt delivery

    Ordered a laundry pair from Costco on Jun 29th which included delivery and setup by JB Hunt. Items were finally installed today, Jul 27th. Installers were very satisfactory. Hunt management of schedules was totally unsatisfactory. Hunt offered Jul 13 delivery (deliveries to my location only on Monday) but I was away so scheduled for 7/20. Later learned my wife had to visit cardiologist so requested Costco (Hunt never replied to calls) to see if could be accommodated. She notified Hunt. Delivery still OK.   • JB Hunt No Show

    After waiting all day. JB Hunt never showed up. First appointment was between 12:15 and 2:15. I called and was given a a new appointment between 5:00 and 5:30. At 5:45 I called again. I was told the driver had returned to the warehouse. I was never given the courtesy of a call. I took the day off and they never showed. Now they want to reschedule for two days away but can not give me a window of time. I've asked for the first delivery in the morning but they wont commit to that either.   • Whirlpool Appliances

    Appliances were set to be delivered on a Tuesday (8/26/2014). We called to re-schedule for Thursday as no one was going to be home. Not only did they come on Tuesday anyways, they then proceeded to inform us on Thursday (after we confirmed the Thursday delivery on Wednesday to be sure) that the could not deliver on Thursday since the appliances did not get on the truck and we would have to wait until the following week to receive anything!!   • Lied about delivery

    The delivery person called 20 minutes out and left a message. Not only was someone home all day there were also people in front working on our yard at the time of delivery. THEY NEVER SHOWED! I called the cell phone many times and my calls were never answered. I then called the company and they said the delivery person sat at my door for 20 minutes after knocking and ringing the doorbell.   • Very Unhappy

    Was supposed to have a bed delivered April 29th. The call said it would be delivered between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. We requested that it be delivered after 1:00pm because we both work. They said they could not do this so I took 1/2 day of vacation to accept the delivery. A message was left at the house that they would not be able to make the delivery that day.     JB HUNT called with a block of time for delivery. The time came and went with no driver, no phone call, or no emails. I called the facility. Spoke with the manager. He said he would call someone to find out what is going on. Here it is 4 hours later, no call back! Who knows when my oven will show!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I would never use this company again.   • Terrible company

    So. I ordered a TV from Amazon on Nov 24th. Shipping said it should arrive Friday, Nov 29th. Got a call from JB Hunt on Wednesday the 27th saying because of the Thanksgiving holiday, delivery would be Monday, Dec 2nd and that I'd be called on Friday the 29th to schedule a delivery window.   • Bad delivery company

    I order Gladiator wall system from Garageappeal.com on 11/05/2013. J.B Hunt the shipping company call me to schedule for delivery on 11/21/2013. I was waiting whole day at home, no delivery truck show up, nobody from J.B Hunt call me.     Our household of nine, a male-female co-op in San Francisco ordered a washer and dryer from the company Appliance Connect which was great. JB Hunt was the delivery company and they were extremely late with our delivery, as well were very discourteous in rescheduling the delivery.     I spoke with a customer rep Madelaine and arranged delivery for Friday 25-Jan. I received an order # and a phone # to call to arrange for product assembly service.   • Poor Customer Service

    I had new appliances delivered to my home by JB Hunt and they scratched my brand new week old floor in several spots while they installed the product. My wife verbally pointed out the scratches to one of the two installation people and signed for the delivery.     I was an employee of J B Hunt about 2 yrs ago,i was discharged for not sleeping a full 10 hrs a JBhunt and Dot rule.When they discharged me they said i could come back after a year,that was not true.     I purchased a TV on 09/19. J. B. Hunt, a third party carrier for Best Buy, was to deliver it between 1:30 and 3:30 09/23. They finally delivered around 5:30. After speaking with a "supervisor," the reason for the delay was a routing issue. I am in the same city so they put me LAST on their schedule.   • Delivery service stinks

    My mother in law purchased a washer and dryer from best buy on a Saturday, they salesperson stated that they could deliver it on Tuesday. JB Hunt called and said that they would be there between 2-5pm. Around 6pm she still had not heard anthing and called them. They told her that they ran out of time and had to reschedule for Thursday.   • Best Buy Horrible Delivery

    We recently purchased a washer and dryer set from Best Buy. The employees at Best Buy were great! However, the company Best Buy uses for delivery is terrible! It is J.B. Hunt. When our first washer and dryer set was being delivered, I was given a delivery window of 2-4, but the delivery men did not show up until 7:30 that night, and then they dropped the dryer in our driveway.   • Why work for JB?

    I am a current employee of J.B. Hunt, have been for the past year and this is my second go around with the company. My complaint is that for the past month I have been broke down 3 times for 3-4 days at a time. Been to Freighliner and two J. B shops and currently taking my truck into another shop. Was told that I would have another truck to slip into so I would not have to wait another 3-4 days without getting paid. Now, i get here no truck, the one I was told was here is broke down as well.   • Worse Trucking Company

    I worked for jb hunt for 4 months and they seemed like a good company to work for. They are one of the biggest trucking compaines in the us, so u would think that they had enough freight to keep you moving. Two days before Thanksgiving I got fired because of a accident. After not making any money two weeks before thanksgiving. The bad thing is I was away from home when i got fired and had to find my own transportation home. And I didn't hit the car.
